This is Christmassy because it's actually a second installment to my Christmas 2008 photoshoot.
I love the outcome of this shoot. That furry hat has posed the greatest challenge of all my outfit coordination assignments. It looks ridiculous with everything else (and it is not mine ), but I think I did well with this one.
The trick to wearing outstanding head accessories is to keep a nice balance between your clothes and whatever's on your head. Keep the outfit simple - just a one-piece dress with no frills or special form, and boots. At the same time, make it blend and match so you don't look like you have something out of place on your head. In this case, brown patchy fur with brown ethnic prints do the trick. Attaching the black furry balls down the front of the dress also adds a nice touch and makes the hat more complementary. But don't add too many accessories. You don't want to look like a Christmas tree!
